HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?

 

We have many orders daily and we ask our dear customers to be a little patient. It takes 2-4 weeks (including the processing and handling) on average to arrive depending on where you are located. We ship worldwide and items can experience delays when going through customs in your country. It can also take less time and in rare cases, a little more. The holidays caused some delay with packages and this may cause shipping times to be slightly longer.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER? 

 

Most of our items come from our overseas fulfillment center. The shipping used does not include a tracking number that will function properly in the United States, Canada, UK, or Australia. The tracking number does track the progress of the item in the country it is shipped from, but then doesn't update again once it's left the country. We can provide INTL tracking numbers upon request.

IF I ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS, WILL THEY COME TOGETHER?

 

We have several different fulfillment centers and different items may ship out of different centers. So if you ordered more than 1 type of item, most likely you'll receive more than one package and they may arrive at different times. You will get what you ordered, they might just come a few days apart. Thanks for understanding.
